Here’s the thing about new year’s resolutions, THEY SUCK!
I understand the concept of starting fresh, drawing a line. A marker in time.
But they rarely stick. They are usually soaked in judgement and shame. A set up to fail. Don’t drink. Exercise more. Go on a diet. Be better.
How about we spend more time throughout the year making small realistic changes. Changes that are more about self-love. Notice more. Connect more. Be more aware of the impact of our choices.
