This ‘Pick of the Net’ is Janik & Arnaut’s Snake dance, from 1952. French performers Janik & Arnaut — Janine Janik (1931 – 1985) & Christian Arnaut (1912 – 2003).
This footage comes from their appearance on Abbott & Costello’s variety show, “The Colgate Comedy Hour”, originally aired March 21, 1954.
